Responsibility
- Represent the organization at international meetings, summits, and negotiations.
- Develop and maintain strategic diplomatic relationships with member states and stakeholders.
- Prepare briefing materials, reports, and communication for high-level delegations.
- Conduct thorough analysis of international policies and current affairs.
- Assist in drafting policy proposals and official communications.
- Coordinate cross-cultural dialogue to promote constructive engagement.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external diplomatic missions.
- Support the planning and execution of diplomatic events and initiatives.
Qualification
- Master’s degree in International Relations, Political Science, or closely related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in diplomacy, international organizations, or governmental affairs.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and at least one additional UN language (e.g., French).
- Strong research, analytical, and report writing abilities.
- Demonstrable cross-cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
- Swiss/EU work authorization preferred.
