Global Diplomacy Institute (GDI) seeks a dynamic Diplomacy Policy Advisor to lead research, policy development, and stakeholder engagement in support of international diplomacy initiatives.
In this role, you will collaborate with policymakers, international partners, and civil society to craft evidence-based strategies that advance peace, security, and effective diplomacy outcomes.

Responsibility
- Lead policy research and analysis on foreign policy issues affecting regional and global stability.
- Develop and communicate policy recommendations to government, multilateral partners, and stakeholders.
- Design and manage diplomatic outreach programs, including high-level briefings and negotiations.
- Monitor and synthesize political developments, producing timely alerts and position papers.
- Collaborate with research teams to produce indicators, data visualizations, and policy briefs.
- Represent the organization at conferences, roundtables, and official meetings.
- Support grant writing, project management, and fundraising efforts as needed.
Qualification
- Master's degree in International Relations, Political Science, Public Policy, or related field; PhD preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in diplomacy, policy analysis, or international affairs.
- Strong understanding of multilateral institutions such as the UN, WTO, and regional bodies.
- Exceptional research, writing, and public speaking skills with ability to summarize complex information clearly.
- Proven track record in stakeholder engagement and negotiation with diverse partners.
- Ability to work across cross-cultural teams and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in data analysis, policy evaluation, and visualization tools; fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
