Join the Global Accord Institute, a premier think tank advancing diplomacy and international policy. We seek a Diplomacy and International Relations Officer to lead multilateral engagements, synthesize policy analysis, and steward strategic partnerships across Europe and beyond. You will work with government counterparts, international organizations, and civil society to shape dialogue, negotiate constructive outcomes, and communicate complex issues with clarity.

Responsibility
- Coordinate and participate in bilateral and multilateral dialogues, drafting briefs and negotiation positions for senior leadership.
- Design and implement policy research on geopolitical trends, security, and international law to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare concise briefing books, talking points, and reports for diplomats, policymakers, and partners.
- Foster and manage partnerships with EU institutions, member states, and international organizations to advance shared objectives.
- Represent the organization at conferences, roundtables, and policy forums; translate complex issues into actionable insights.
- Monitor evolving international agendas, track commitments, and report impact metrics to leadership.
- Support grant management and program development in the diplomacy portfolio, including budgeting and risk assessment.
- Mentor junior staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
Qualification
- Master's degree in International Relations, Political Science, Public Policy, or a related field; PhD a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in diplomacy, policy analysis, or multilateral negotiations.
- Strong understanding of EU governance, international law, and geopolitical risk assessment.
- Proven track record in negotiating agreements, building coalitions, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent research, analytical, and briefing-writing skills with the ability to synthesize complex material for diverse audiences.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French or Dutch is highly desirable; other languages a plus.
- Strong communication and public speaking skills; ability to represent the organization in high-stakes settings.
- High integrity, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to ethical diplomacy.
