Job description

GlobalBridge International is seeking a Diplomacy Lead to steer our international affairs program from Brussels. You will guide strategic international engagements, negotiate with government and multilateral partners, and shape policy outcomes that advance our mission.

This senior role collaborates with senior leadership, regional directors, and external stakeholders to craft pragmatic diplomacy plans, manage crisis communications, and ensure alignment with international law and ethical standards.

Responsibility

  • Lead the development and execution of international negotiation strategies and policy initiatives.
  • Coordinate with governmental agencies, multilateral institutions, and industry partners to advance diplomatic priorities.
  • Prepare briefing materials, position papers, and negotiation briefs for senior leadership.
  • Represent the organization at high-level forums, meetings, and conferences.
  • Monitor geopolitical developments and assess risks to ongoing diplomacy programs.
  • Build and manage a diverse network of stakeholders across regions.
  • Design and implement public diplomacy campaigns and informational outreach.
  • Ensure compliance with international law, ethics, and organizational protocols.

Qualification

  • Master's degree in International Relations, Public Policy, Political Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of diplomatic experience, including negotiation and policy advocacy.
  • Proven track record in multilateral settings and stakeholder management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English; proficiency in French or another EU language is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, risk assessment, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment with high discretion and integrity.
