As a key bridge between policymakers, international partners, and civil society, you will craft engagement strategies, analyze geopolitical contexts, and advance collaborative initiatives that promote peaceful, informed diplomacy.

About the role: you will lead cross-border outreach, monitor policy developments, and prepare briefs for senior leadership to drive strategic decisions.

Responsibility

  • Develop and implement diplomatic engagement strategies with government ministries, international organizations, and non-governmental partners.
  • Coordinate high-level dialogues, negotiations, and joint initiatives to advance shared policy goals.
  • Perform geopolitical risk assessments and synthesize insights into actionable policy recommendations.
  • Lead stakeholder mapping, outreach campaigns, and event planning for roundtables and conferences.
  • Draft briefing materials, position papers, and talking points for senior leadership and visiting dignitaries.
  • Monitor global policy developments and provide timely analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Qualification

  • Master's degree in International Relations, Political Science, Public Policy, or a closely related field; PhD preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in diplomacy, international affairs, government relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in negotiations, mediation, and cross-cultural communication.
  • Strong research, analytical, and policy-writing skills with ability to translate complex data into clear briefs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English required, additional languages a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Security and ethics awareness, with ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
