Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic diplomacy programs that align with the organization's mission and international stakeholders.
- Monitor global political and security developments to identify opportunities and risks affecting policy priorities.
- Prepare policy briefs, position papers, and negotiation briefs for senior leadership and external partners.
- Coordinate with government agencies, international organizations, NGOs, and industry partners to advance shared objectives.
- Represent the organization in selected forums, conferences, and bilateral meetings with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
- Lead research projects, synthesize data, and deliver actionable recommendations with clear impact assessments.
- Design and run simulation exercises and negotiation scenarios to build internal capability and public credibility.
- Evaluate program outcomes and translate learnings into scalable policy initiatives.
Qualification
- Master’s degree in International Relations, Political Science, Public Policy, or a related field; PhD preferred for senior tracks.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in diplomacy, policy analysis, or international affairs.
- Strong analytic and research skills, with demonstrated ability to translate data into concise policy insights.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English; experience with governmental or intergovernmental audiences is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and coordinate with diverse stakeholders across borders.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages commonly used in international diplomacy is desirable.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication abilities.
- Eligibility to work in the United States and willingness to obtain necessary clearances if required.
