GlobalBridge International is seeking a Diplomacy Policy Advisor to help shape strategy, negotiations, and public diplomacy efforts with governments, international organizations, and civil society. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will synthesize political developments, craft policy briefs, and drive engagement initiatives that advance our organization's global objectives. Responsibility
- Develop and implement diplomacy and public policy strategies to advance organizational objectives.
- Monitor geopolitical developments, produce policy briefs and risk assessments.
- Build and maintain relationships with government officials, international organizations, think tanks, and NGOs.
- Prepare concise, impactful briefings for senior leadership, negotiators, and external partners.
- Represent the organization at high-level meetings, forums, and international conferences.
- Coordinate advocacy campaigns, coalition-building, and multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Lead research projects on international relations topics and manage cross-functional teams.
Qualification
- Master's degree in International Relations, Public Policy, Law, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in diplomacy, public policy, government affairs, or international organizations.
- Proven track record in negotiations and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical and policy research skills with the ability to synthesize complex data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional languages (French, Dutch, or German) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment and willingness to travel.
- Proficiency with policy analysis tools, concise briefing formats, and stakeholder mapping.
