Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth policy analysis on diplomacy, security, and multilateral engagement.
- Develop negotiation strategies and briefing materials for senior leadership.
- Monitor international developments; prepare situation assessments and policy recommendations.
- Engage with government, embassy, and civil society stakeholders; organize high-level meetings and roundtables.
- Prepare talking points, speeches, and media briefings; support public diplomacy outreach.
- Collaborate with research teams to publish reports and policy briefs.
- Represent the organization at international events and discussions.
Qualification
- Master's degree in International Relations, Public Policy, Political Science, or a related discipline; PhD preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in diplomacy, government affairs, or international organizations.
- Proven track record in policy analysis, negotiations, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong research methods, data interpretation, and critical thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; fluency in English; additional languages a plus (e.g., French, Arabic, Mandarin).
- Ability to work in complex, multi-stakeholder environments; high ethical standards and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data visualization tools; experience with GIS or statistical software is a plus.
- Travel flexibility as required.
