Join a premier diplomacy-focused organization dedicated to advancing international relations, strategic dialogue, and peaceful cooperation. We are seeking a seasoned Diplomacy Policy Advisor to support high-level negotiations, comparative policy analysis, and multi-stakeholder engagement.
In this role you will collaborate with government partners, think tanks, and civil society to shape policy recommendations, coordinate international outreach, and represent the organization in select multilateral forums.
Responsibility
- Lead rigorous policy research and geopolitical risk assessments to inform senior leadership and decision-makers.
- Prepare negotiation briefs, talking points, and position papers for bilateral and multilateral engagements.
- Coordinate international outreach and alliance-building initiatives with government partners and multi-stakeholder coalitions.
- Monitor global developments, synthesize implications, and deliver timely, decision-ready analyses.
- Support the planning and execution of high-profile diplomatic events, conferences, and dialogues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align diplomacy initiatives with program objectives and budgets.
- Represent the organization in external meetings and with media briefings as appropriate, maintaining high standards of confidentiality and professional conduct.
Qualification
- Master's degree in International Relations, Political Science, Public Policy, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in diplomacy, government affairs, or international policy analysis.
- Proven track record in policy development, negotiations, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in another major language is a plus.
- Strong research methods, data analysis, and evidence-based decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, maintain confidentiality, and manage cross-functional teams.
- Extensive knowledge of international organizations, multilateral processes, and geopolitical risk assessment.
