  • Proven track record in negotiating agreements, building coalitions, and managing complex stakeholder networks.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear briefs and presentations.
  • Strong research and analytical capabilities; proficiency with data-informed decision making.
  • Eligibility to obtain a U.S. security clearance; willingness to travel 20-30% as needed.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages relevant to target regions is a plus.
