Global Accord Institute is seeking a seasoned Diplomacy Policy Advisor to join our international affairs team in Washington, DC. This role shapes high level policy, negotiates with government partners, and builds strategic alliances to advance global security and prosperity.

Responsibility
- Lead diplomatic engagements and negotiations with government partners, international organizations, and civil society to advance policy objectives.
- Analyze geopolitical developments, draft policy briefs, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
- Represent the organization at high level meetings, conferences, and multilateral forums; prepare briefing materials and talking points.
- Develop and execute public diplomacy strategies to shape global perception and support policy priorities.
- Manage a diverse network of stakeholders across sectors, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and compliance with laws.
- Coordinate cross functional teams across research, communications, and government affairs to deliver timely policy outcomes.
- Monitor legislative developments, funding opportunities, and regulatory changes that affect the organization's diplomatic objectives.
Qualification
- Master's degree in international relations, public policy, law, or a closely related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in diplomacy, government relations, international negotiations, or policy analysis.
- Proven track record in negotiating agreements, building coalitions, and managing complex stakeholder networks.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear briefs and presentations.
- Strong research and analytical capabilities; proficiency with data-informed decision making.
- Eligibility to obtain a U.S. security clearance; willingness to travel 20-30% as needed.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages relevant to target regions is a plus.
- Highest ethical standards and ability to work in confidential, high-pressure environments.
