We are seeking a strategic Director of Coaching Programs to scale our offering, nurture top coaching talent, and deliver measurable client outcomes in a fast-growing market.
In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of certified coaches, design scalable curricula, and partner with sales, marketing, and client success to drive growth while maintaining the highest standards of coaching excellence.

Responsibility
- Define and scale the coaching program portfolio, including curriculum design, assessment methods, and outcomes tracking.
- Lead and mentor a distributed team of coaches, ensuring consistent delivery and exceptional client experiences.
- Design, implement, and manage program budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to drive client acquisition, onboarding, and renewals.
- Establish quality standards, oversee coaching certifications, and implement measurement metrics (KPI/ROI).
- Build strategic partnerships with corporate clients, nonprofits, and educational institutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through feedback loops, data analysis, and scalable processes.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of coaching, leadership development, or HR experience, with at least 3 years in program leadership or operations.
- ICF credential (ACC or PCC) or equivalent coaching certification.
- Proven track record designing and scaling coaching programs with measurable outcomes and ROI.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing budgets and leading cross-functional teams; comfortable with hybrid/remote collaboration.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills; fluent in English.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% and adapt to a dynamic, client-facing environment.
