Responsibility

  • Facilitate one-on-one coaching sessions using evidence-based techniques to accelerate growth and behavioral change.
  • Conduct needs assessments, 360 feedback, and goal-setting frameworks to establish measurable development plans.
  • Design and deliver group coaching programs and leader development curricula for high-potential teams.
  • Collaborate with HR, L&D, and business units to integrate coaching into leadership pipelines, performance reviews, and succession planning.
  • Maintain accurate client records, track outcomes, and demonstrate ROI using our CRM and analytics tools.

Qualification
