As a trusted advisor, you will partner with senior leaders to diagnose development needs, craft bespoke coaching roadmaps, and guide teams through leadership transitions. You will apply evidence-based methodologies and data-driven insights to demonstrate ROI and sustain impact across organizations.
Responsibility
- Conduct confidential coaching sessions with C-suite and senior leaders to identify development goals and KPIs.
- Design and implement tailored coaching roadmaps, including action plans, milestones, and accountability mechanisms.
- Facilitate group coaching programs and leadership development workshops for mid-to-senior teams.
- Partner with HR and Talent leaders to align coaching with organizational strategy and succession planning.
- Apply evidence-based methodologies (GROW, psychometric tools) and measure outcomes with clear metrics.
- Provide ongoing feedback and support, including real-time coaching, reflection exercises, and accountability coaching.
- Maintain strict confidentiality, build trust, and foster psychological safety to enable candid dialogue.
Qualification
- Master's or Doctorate in Psychology, Organizational Development, Business, or related field; or equivalent coaching certification (ICF PCC or MBA with coaching credentials).
- Minimum 5-8 years of executive coaching or leadership development experience in corporate or consulting settings.
- Proven track record delivering measurable outcomes, including improved leadership performance and team effectiveness.
- Excellent listening, powerful questioning, and feedback skills; ability to manage sensitive conversations with discretion.
- Experience designing and delivering group coaching programs and interactive workshops.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align coaching with strategic objectives and ROI.
- Relevant certifications (ICF PCC/ACC, EMCC, or equivalent) and commitment to ongoing professional development.
