Ascend Coaching Group is seeking an experienced Executive Coach to partner with senior leaders to drive performance, leadership development, and organizational impact. This full-time role blends 1:1 coaching, program design, and workshop facilitation.
As our Executive Coach, you will work with C-suite and senior leaders to unlock potential, frame strategy, and cultivate resilient teams. You will design scalable coaching programs, deliver workshops, and collaborate with HR and L&D to embed leadership capabilities across the organization.
Responsibility
- Conduct confidential 1:1 coaching engagements with C-suite and senior leaders to drive measurable business outcomes.
- Design, curate, and implement coaching programs, curricula, and materials aligned to client goals.
- Facilitate high-impact workshops and group coaching sessions for leadership teams.
- Assess client needs, establish clear goals, and track progress with objective metrics.
- Collaborate with HR and Learning & Development to align leadership development with talent strategies.
- Maintain accurate coaching records in the CRM, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Provide thought leadership on coaching practices and contribute to scalable processes for client onboarding and program delivery.
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings with professionalism and empathy.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree; Master’s degree preferred in psychology, business, or related field.
- 5+ years of executive coaching or leadership development experience with measurable outcomes.
- ICF credential (PCC or MCC) or equivalent coaching certifications.
- Strong coaching presence with exceptional listening, questioning, and feedback skills.
- Proven ability to design and facilitate engaging training and workshop experiences.
- Experience with assessment tools (360s, CliftonStrengths, etc.) and data-driven coaching.
- Excellent collaboration skills and comfort working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
