Responsibility

  • Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions with executives and senior leaders to diagnose challenges and create tailored development plans.
  • Design and implement coaching programs with clear, measurable outcomes aligned to client goals.
  • Facilitate leadership development workshops and group coaching sessions for teams and cohorts.
  • Assess client needs using proven coaching tools and psychometrics; synthesize insights into actionable strategies.
  • Build and manage a diverse portfolio of client engagements, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale coaching programs and contribute to business development efforts.
  • Track progress against goals, maintain thorough documentation, and report ROI to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to thought leadership content, training materials, and ongoing program enhancements.

Qualification

  • ICF-accredited coaching credential (ACC or PCC) or an equivalent credential.
  • 5+ years of professional coaching experience with executives, leaders, and high-potential teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes and ROI from coaching engagements.
  • Exceptional listening, questioning, and rapport-building skills; high emotional intelligence.
  • Experience delivering group workshops and virtual/in-person programs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence at the C-suite level.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, results-driven environment in San Francisco.
  • Familiarity with coaching tools and assessments (e.g., CliftonStrengths, EQ assessments) is a plus.
