We’re seeking a Senior Life & Coaching Consultant to lead one-on-one coaching engagements, design coaching tracks for corporate programs, and mentor junior coaches. This role blends strategic program development with hands-on coaching, workshop facilitation, and client outcomes measurement.

Responsibility
- Lead one-on-one executive coaching engagements and group coaching programs, tailoring methods to client goals and organizational context.
- Design, pilot, and scale coaching curricula and programs for corporate clients, including assessment, goal setting, and progress tracking.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to develop leadership, communication, resilience, and performance skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define coaching metrics, collect feedback, and measure impact against ROI.
- Coach and mentor junior coaches, maintaining quality standards and best practices.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular check-ins, progress reviews, and renewal opportunities.
- Stay current with coaching methodologies, psychometrics, and industry trends; contribute to content creation and thought leadership.
Qualification
- Master’s degree in psychology, human development, business, or related field; or equivalent coaching credentials.
- ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MBA with coaching certification) preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of professional coaching experience, including executive or leadership coaching.
- Proven track record delivering measurable outcomes and ROI for clients.
- Strong facilitation, listening, questioning, and narrative coaching skills.
- Ability to design and deliver scalable coaching programs and materials.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with clients across industries; comfortable with hybrid/remote work.
