Responsibility

  • Lead one-on-one executive coaching engagements and group coaching programs, tailoring methods to client goals and organizational context.
  • Design, pilot, and scale coaching curricula and programs for corporate clients, including assessment, goal setting, and progress tracking.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to develop leadership, communication, resilience, and performance skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define coaching metrics, collect feedback, and measure impact against ROI.
  • Coach and mentor junior coaches, maintaining quality standards and best practices.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular check-ins, progress reviews, and renewal opportunities.

Qualification

  • Master’s degree in psychology, human development, business, or related field; or equivalent coaching credentials.

  • Proven track record delivering measurable outcomes and ROI for clients.
