Responsibility
- Conduct confidential coaching sessions with clients, assessing needs, goals, and development plans.
- Design customized coaching roadmaps and measurable outcomes aligned with client goals.
- Facilitate leadership development, communication, and performance improvement using evidence-based coaching techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate coaching into leadership development programs.
- Track progress, maintain documentation, and provide ongoing feedback to clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain ethical standards, client confidentiality, and uphold professional coaching guidelines (ICF or equivalent).
- Participate in business development activities, including client outreach and program marketing as needed.
Qualification
- ICF credential (ACC, PCC) or equivalent coaching certification with minimum 3-5 years of coaching experience.
- Proven track record in leadership development, performance improvement, and executive coaching.
- Strong active listening, powerful questioning, and facilitation skills with a client-centered approach.
- Ability to design scalable coaching programs and assessments; experience with 360s and feedback tools preferred.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and ability to build trust with diverse clients; culturally aware.
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, business, or related field; master's preferred.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment; flexibility to accommodate client schedules across time zones.
