Responsibility
- Provide strategic direction for hospital operations, including patient flow, bed management, and ancillary services.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and cost control to optimize resource utilization.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, and robust risk management programs.
- Lead talent management, succession planning, and performance optimization across departments.
- Collaborate with physicians and nurse leadership to improve quality metrics and patient satisfaction.
- Implement and oversee enterprise-wide information systems and data analytics to drive decision-making.
- Represent the hospital network with external partners, payers, and regulatory agencies.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field; relevant certification (e.g., FACHE) preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive hospital leadership experience with P&L responsibilities.
- Proven track record in financial management, budgeting, and cost containment.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, CMS, Joint Commission) and accreditation processes.
- Exceptional leadership, change management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in EHR systems and performance analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
