Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end hospital operations to ensure safe, efficient, patient-centered care across departments.
- Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, revenue cycle management, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to align strategy with quality metrics, patient experience, and outcomes.
- Ensure regulatory compliance (Joint Commission, HIPAA, CMS) and drive accreditation readiness.
- Develop and mentor a high-performance administrative team; recruit, coach, and retain top talent.
- Drive process improvements through data analytics, performance dashboards, and Lean principles.
- Lead capital planning, vendor negotiations, and facility management to maximize resource utilization.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive hospital administration or healthcare operations leadership experience.
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, accounting, and revenue cycle understanding.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams, manage change, and influence clinical leaders.
- Deep knowledge of healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and accreditation standards (Joint Commission, HIPAA).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Experience with data analytics, EHR systems, and performance improvement methodologies.
