Responsibility

  • Provide strategic leadership over hospital operations, patient flow, staffing, and resource allocation to support timely, safe, and high-quality care.
  • Develop and manage annual operating budgets, cost-control initiatives, and revenue cycle optimization to maximize financial performance.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid requirements, and JCAHO/CMS accreditation standards through audit readiness and governance oversight.
  • Oversee facilities management, safety programs, capital planning, and environmental health/safety initiatives.
  • Lead quality improvement, patient safety, and experience initiatives with multidisciplinary teams and data-driven methodologies.
  • Collaborate with medical leadership to align clinical services with organizational strategy and community needs.
  • Implement performance dashboards, analytics, and continuous improvement programs to drive accountability and transparency.
  • Develop talent pipelines, succession planning, and leadership development; manage vendor contracts and strategic partnerships.

Qualification

  • Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of hospital operations or health system administration experience; 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in budgeting, financial management, and revenue-cycle optimization.
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, CMS/Medicare, Medicaid) and accreditation processes (JCAHO/CMS).
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and change-management skills.
  • Experience with EMR/EHR systems and data analytics; proficiency in BI tools is a plus.
