We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Hospital Administration to oversee daily operations, financial performance, and regulatory compliance across our hospital campus.

In this role, you will partner with clinical leaders to optimize patient flow, staffing, and service lines while ensuring exceptional patient experience and adherence to accreditation standards.

Responsibility

  • Provide strategic leadership for hospital operations, including patient flow, capacity planning, and service-line optimization.
  • Collaborate with C-suite and medical staff to develop and monitor annual operating plans, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Oversee regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, risk management, and patient safety initiatives.
  • Lead procurement, vendor management, and facilities management to ensure a safe, efficient campus environment.
  • Drive initiatives to improve patient experience, reduce readmissions, and optimize throughput across departments.
  • Manage governance structures, clinical documentation improvement, and data analytics to inform decision-making.

Qualification

  • Master’s degree in Health Administration (MHA), Public Health, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in hospital administration or healthcare operations.
  • Proven track record of financial acumen, budgeting, and cost-control in a complex hospital setting.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards (The Joint Commission), and patient safety.
  • Exceptional people leadership, change management, and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making, dashboards, and performance improvement methodologies (LEAN or Six Sigma).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
