Manhattan Central Hospital is seeking a dynamic Director of Hospital Administration to lead operational excellence across departments, financial stewardship, and strategic initiatives that elevate patient care.
In this executive role, you will collaborate with clinical leaders, drive performance metrics, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of innovation and service excellence.
Responsibility
- Oversee hospital operations to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care across all departments
- Lead financial stewardship including budgeting, revenue cycle management, and cost optimization
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators and drive data-informed improvements
- Ensure compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, HIPAA, and other regulatory standards
- Drive strategic initiatives to improve patient experience, quality outcomes, and access to care
- Lead talent development, succession planning, and cross-functional team leadership
Qualification
- Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field
- At least 7-10 years of progressive hospital administration experience
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, coding, and revenue cycle
- Proven leadership in a complex healthcare environment with change management
- Deep knowledge of healthcare regulations, data privacy, and quality/safety frameworks
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and strategic problem-solving skills
- Experience with EHR systems and data analytics tools
