Responsibility
- Lead the hospital administration team to ensure efficient operations, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and monitor annual operating plans, budgets, and performance metrics to achieve financial and clinical targets.
- Collaborate with clinical and executive leadership to optimize patient flow, admission and discharge processes, and bed management.
- Oversee facilities, IT systems, data governance, and vendor partnerships to support high-quality care.
- Drive strategic initiatives in quality improvement, accreditation readiness, and patient satisfaction.
- Lead talent development, succession planning, and a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, JCAHO standards, and all applicable laws and regulations.
Qualification
- Master of Health Administration, Master of Public Health, or equivalent; MBA a plus.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in hospital or health system administration.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation, and patient safety programs.
- Proven budget management, financial acumen, and performance improvement skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and change management abilities.
- Experience with EHR systems, data analytics, and healthcare IT solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and engage physicians and staff.
