Responsibility
- Lead hospital-wide administration including operations, financial management, patient experience, and clinical support services.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost containment initiatives.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with Joint Commission standards, HIPAA, CMS, EMTALA, and related requirements.
- Oversee credentialing, privileging, staff scheduling, and workforce planning for medical and non-clinical teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data analytics, performance dashboards, and evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with C-suite and department leaders to align strategic objectives with service line performance.
- Manage vendor relationships, facilities services, and technology platforms to support efficient operations.
Qualification
- Master's degree in healthcare administration (MHA) or related field; MBA with healthcare focus considered.
- Minimum 8 years of hospital administrative experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (Joint Commission, HIPAA, CMS) and patient safety practices.
- Proven financial acumen with budget development, forecasting, and cost optimization.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and change-management skills; able to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency with hospital information systems (EHR/HIS), data analytics, and performance improvement methodologies.
