Responsibility
- Oversee daily hospital operations to ensure safe, patient-centered, and compliant care across departments.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cost containment initiatives.
- Oversee facilities, supply chain, IT systems (EHR), and patient flow to maximize efficiency and reliability.
- Lead quality improvement and patient safety programs, ensuring readiness for regulatory audits and accreditation.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to align operational goals with clinical programs and strategic priorities.
- Foster talent development, succession planning, and cross-functional leadership across administrative teams.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and revenue cycle processes to optimize reimbursement and financial performance.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Health Administration, Public Health, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of healthcare administration experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, Joint Commission, CMS) and accreditation processes.
- Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and revenue cycle management experience.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven decision making with proficiency in hospital information systems (EHR, ERP) and analytics tools.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement, patient experience, and quality metrics.
