Join Aurora Solutions as our Director of Organizational Development and drive transformational people strategies across a fast-growing tech organization. You will partner with executive leadership to design, implement, and measure OD initiatives that elevate culture, performance, and capability.

You will lead organization design, leadership development, succession planning, and change management programs that align with business strategy. We value data-driven approaches, inclusive leadership, and a growth mindset. This is a hybrid role — based in New York City with flexible in-office and remote options.

In this role, you will build scalable programs, coach senior leaders, and collaborate across HR, finance, and operations to accelerate organizational capability and impact.

  • Lead organizational design and workforce planning to enable business strategy across multiple functions.
  • Design and scale leadership development, coaching, and succession planning programs for high-potential talent.
  • Diagnose performance gaps and implement OD interventions, including talent mobility and workforce analytics.
  • Drive change management initiatives with comprehensive communication, training, and adoption plans.
  • Develop learning ecosystems and capability-building initiatives aligned to business outcomes.
  • Measure impact through OD metrics, dashboards, ROI analyses, and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate culture transformation, inclusion, and engagement initiatives to strengthen the employee experience.

Qualification

  • Master's degree in Organization Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in organizational development, talent development, or HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership or program-management role.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale change initiatives in complex, multinational organizations.
  • Deep expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development.
  • Strong data literacy with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights and ROI.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, storytelling, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS, LMS, and analytics tools; advanced MS Office/Google Workspace skills.
  • Outstanding communication, collaboration, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
