NovaWave Enterprises seeks a strategic and influence-driven Director of Organizational Development to lead scalable people initiatives across a fast-growing, multi-site organization.
In this role, you'll design and implement enterprise-wide OD programs that enable leadership capabilities, drive culture shaping, and accelerate performance. You will partner with senior stakeholders to translate business strategy into people strategies, leveraging data analytics and change management methodologies to deliver measurable outcomes.
Key focus areas include leadership development, succession planning, change management, employee engagement, and workforce capability building.
This is a high-visibility, global role that requires a collaborative, data-informed, and inclusive leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Responsibility
- Partner with executive leadership to define and implement the organizational development strategy aligned to business goals.
- Design and deliver leadership development programs, coaching, and succession planning across functions and geographies.
- Lead organization-wide change management initiatives, including communications, stakeholder mapping, and adoption tracking.
- Develop and maintain OD diagnostics using pulse surveys, organizational health metrics, and people analytics to measure impact.
- Facilitate large-scale change initiatives, culture programs, and team effectiveness workshops.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to embed OD principles into talent management, performance management, and learning.
- Build a robust pipeline of talent through capability-building, mentoring, and structured career paths.
- Influence and coach leaders at all levels to model the desired culture and behaviors.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-12 years of progressive OD, HR, or consulting experience, with a track record of leading large-scale change.
- Demonstrated expertise in change management, leadership development, succession planning, and workforce analytics.
- Strong facilitation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills with experience in executive contexts.
- Proficiency with OD tools, survey platforms, and data visualization; experience with HRIS and data analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment, with strong project management and influencing skills.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion and experience embedding inclusive practices.
- Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 15-20%).
