Job description

NovaGrowth Partners is hiring a Director of Organizational Development to lead enterprise-wide OD initiatives that elevate talent, culture, and performance. You will partner with the C-suite and HR leaders to design scalable change programs, leadership development, and organizational capability building across a global footprint.

In this role, you will blend qualitative insight with quantitative analytics to diagnose root causes, prototype solutions, and measure impact. You will guide executive coaching, succession planning, competency models, culture initiatives, and change governance.

Responsibility

  • Design, lead, and scale organizational development strategies aligned to business goals
  • Develop leadership development programs, coaching, and succession planning for senior leadership

  • Build competency models, learning paths, and capability frameworks across functions
  • Implement data-driven diagnostics using surveys, analytics, and workforce data

Qualification

  • Master’s degree in Organization Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 7+ years in organizational development, change management, or HR consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven ability to design and implement large-scale change programs with measurable outcomes
  • Strong data analytics capability and experience with surveys, dashboards, and metrics
  • Experience in leadership development, coaching, and succession planning
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Global or matrixed organization experience preferred
