We are seeking a strategic Organizational Development leader to partner with senior executives in shaping culture, leadership, and performance across the organization. You will design and deliver scalable OD programs, diagnose organizational needs, and drive change initiatives that improve effectiveness and engagement.

Responsibility
- Lead the design and deployment of enterprise-wide OD strategies, including leadership development, change management, succession planning, and workforce design.
- Diagnose organizational capabilities using data, surveys, focus groups, and performance metrics; translate findings into actionable programs.
- Facilitate leadership development programs, coaching, team effectiveness sessions, and curricula across levels.
- Develop change management plans for major initiatives, including communications, sponsorship, training, and adoption tracking.
- Build and maintain OD analytics dashboards to measure program impact, ROI, and employee experience.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to implement talent management, culture initiatives, and learning strategies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to embed OD practices into workforce planning and organizational design.
- Facilitate workshops and sprints that accelerate strategic initiatives while preserving people-centric focus.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive organizational development experience in mid-to-large organizations.
- Proven track record delivering leadership development, change management, and organization design programs.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, presentation, and influencing skills at all levels.
- Strong data-driven mindset with experience using diagnostics instruments and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with agile project management and change enablement methodologies.
- Experience with HRIS, LMS, and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Strategic thinker with business acumen and ability to translate strategy into practical programs.
