Responsibility

  • Lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide OD strategies, including organizational design, leadership development, succession planning, and workforce analytics.
  • Partner with executives to diagnose organizational effectiveness, identify gaps, and implement targeted interventions that improve performance and engagement.
  • Oversee change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of strategic programs across functions and geographies.
  • Develop scalable learning and development programs aligned with business needs and future capability requirements.
  • Facilitate executive coaching, team leadership sessions, and cross-functional collaboration to drive culture and performance.
  • Build and manage a high-performing OD team; establish metrics, dashboards, and governance for ongoing program evaluation.
  • Foster a data-informed culture by measuring impact, conducting surveys, and translating insights into actionable plans.

Qualification

  • Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or a related field; Doctorate preferred.
  • Minimum 8-12 years of progressive OD experience in large or matrixed organizations with a track record of measurable impact.
  • Proven expertise in organizational design, change management, leadership development, and talent management.
  • Strong data analytics skills with experience in survey design, assessment tools, and KPI dashboards.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills; capable of influencing at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives across geographies, budgets, and timelines.
  • Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and cultural transformation programs.
