This role blends strategy, consulting, and hands-on program leadership to partner with executives, HR and business leaders in a fast-paced environment.

As a key member of our Talent & Organization Practice, you will craft OD roadmaps, drive culture initiatives, and ensure measurable outcomes that support business growth.

Responsibility

  • Partner with executive leadership to diagnose organizational needs and design OD strategies aligned to business goals.
  • Lead leadership development, coaching programs, succession planning, and high-potential pipelines.
  • Design and implement change management frameworks to normalize new processes and behaviors.
  • Develop measurement systems, dashboards, and analytics to demonstrate OD impact and ROI.
  • Facilitate workshops, trainings, and executive coaching for cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with HR, L&D, and business leaders to embed learning into performance and talent processes.
  • Manage program governance, budgets, and vendor partnerships; ensure scalable, repeatable solutions.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, HR, or related field preferred.
  • 7+ years in organizational development, leadership development, or change management; consulting experience a plus.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale OD programs with measurable impact.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven design, measurement, and storytelling.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to navigate a fast-paced, matrixed organization and influence at all levels.
  • Proficiency with LMS, survey tools, HRIS, and data visualization software.
