Job description

Elevate Growth Solutions is hiring a Director of Organizational Development to partner with executive leadership to transform culture, capability, and performance across the organization. This is a strategic, hands-on role shaping organizational design, leadership development, and change initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

This role leads the creation and execution of OD strategies that align with business goals, drives employee engagement, and accelerates capability building across teams. It requires strong consultation with senior leaders, rigorous data analysis, and a passion for people-centered change.

Responsibility

  • Partner with executives to diagnose organizational needs and design evidence-based OD strategies.
  • Lead organization design, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs, coaching, and facilitation.
  • Lead large-scale change management efforts with clear sponsorship, change communications, and adoption plans.
  • Develop competency models, governance structures, and performance metrics to drive results.
  • Build and sustain dashboards and analytics to measure OD outcomes and ROI.
  • Collaborate across HR, Talent, and business partners to embed OD practices into talent processes.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Organization Development, Psychology, or a related field; Master's preferred.
  • 10+ years in organizational development, talent management, or HR with progressive leadership experience.
  • Proven track record in organization design and large-scale change initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional communication and influencing skills.
  • Experience in complex, matrixed organizations; consulting background is a plus.
