You will partner with executive leadership to diagnose organizational capabilities, design scalable development programs, and drive culture initiatives that accelerate strategic priorities. This is a hands-on, strategic role with a strong emphasis on influence, data-informed decision making, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibility

  • Architect and implement organization-wide development strategies that align with business goals and cultural values.
  • Lead leadership development programs, coaching, and succession planning for senior and high-potential talent.
  • Design and optimize organizational structures, roles, and talent processes to improve speed, clarity, and accountability.
  • Lead change management initiatives for large-scale transformations, including stakeholder engagement and communications.
  • Develop measurement frameworks with analytics to track OD impact on performance, engagement, and turnover.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organization Development, Human Resources, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in organizational development, talent management, or organizational design.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure impact and translate data into actionable plans.
