We are seeking a Director of Organizational Development in the Austin, Texas area to design, lead, and scale OD programs that elevate leadership capability, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
In this role, you will partner with senior leaders to diagnose opportunities, shape strategy, and execute high-impact initiatives. You will be a hands-on, data-informed change agent who turns insights into practical programs, curricula, and interventions that move the needle.

Responsibility
- Design and lead organization-wide OD strategy aligned with business goals and culture.
- Partner with C-suite and HR to diagnose performance gaps using data, surveys, and workforce analytics.
- Develop and implement leadership development, coaching, and succession planning programs.
- Lead change management initiatives for large-scale transformations with stakeholder engagement.
- Create organizational design, talent mobility, and workforce planning frameworks.
- Build and deploy learning ecosystems, curricula, and capability-building programs.
- Measure impact with dashboards and analytics; continuously optimize interventions.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree; Master’s degree preferred in OD, Psychology, HR, or a related field.
- 10+ years in organizational development, human resources, or learning and development roles; senior-level experience required.
- Proven track record leading large-scale change initiatives in mid-market to enterprise environments.
- Outstanding facilitation, coaching, and influencing skills with the ability to engage executives.
- Strong data fluency: survey design, analytics, measurement, and storytelling with data.
- Experience with organizational design, talent management, succession planning, and learning & development programs.
- Proficiency with OD tools and platforms (e.g., survey tools, LMS); change management certifications are a plus.
- Hybrid work in the Austin area; ability to travel up to 20% if needed.
