Join AuroraPulse Global as the Director of Organizational Development and shape the future of our people and culture in a fast-growing tech environment. You will lead enterprise-wide OD initiatives, design leadership development programs, and partner with executives to drive sustainable change.
What you’ll do
- Lead the design and execution of organizational development strategies, including leadership development, succession planning, and workforce capability building.
- Partner with executives to translate business strategy into OD initiatives that improve engagement, performance, and retention.
- Develop and implement change management frameworks and communication strategies to guide large-scale transformations.
- Design and facilitate leadership coaching, facilitation, and learning programs for managers and high-potential employees.
- Measure impact through analytics, surveys, and KPIs; translate insights into actionable program improvements.
- Build scalable talent pipelines, succession plans, and workforce planning processes across functions.
- Collaborate with HR, Talent, and P&C to align OD with compensation, career paths, and culture initiatives.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, HR, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 10+ years in OD, change management, or leadership development within tech or high-growth environments.
- Proven track record designing and implementing enterprise-wide development programs with measurable impact.
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence at executive levels.
- Experience with learning technologies, LMS, and data analytics to measure program effectiveness.
- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills; strong written and oral communication.
- Change management certification (Prosci, CCMP) is a plus.
