Responsibility

  • Lead the design and execution of organization-wide OD strategies aligned to business goals and talent priorities.
  • Partner with C-suite and senior leaders to drive change management, workforce planning, and organizational design initiatives.
  • Oversee succession planning, competency frameworks, and performance management processes to build leadership pipelines.
  • Facilitate leadership development programs, coaching engagements, and team effectiveness assessments across functions.
  • Design and implement data-driven OD initiatives using surveys, pulse checks, and ROI measurements.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Organization Development, Psychology, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Organizational Development, Change Management, or Talent Development in large-scale organizations.
  • Proven track record leading enterprise-wide change initiatives, culture transformation, and leadership development programs.
  • Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong analytics capability with experience using OD metrics, surveys, and HRIS systems to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
