Join NorthStar Global Solutions as the Director of Organizational Development and lead strategic initiatives that shape how we grow, adapt, and perform. You will partner with executives to design scalable OD programs, drive transformational change, and elevate leadership capabilities across the organization.
In this role you will craft and execute organization-wide development strategies, build leadership pipelines, and translate business strategy into people capability. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure OD interventions deliver measurable impact and sustained capability improvements.

Responsibility
- Lead the design and execution of organization-wide OD strategies aligned to business goals and talent priorities.
- Partner with C-suite and senior leaders to drive change management, workforce planning, and organizational design initiatives.
- Oversee succession planning, competency frameworks, and performance management processes to build leadership pipelines.
- Facilitate leadership development programs, coaching engagements, and team effectiveness assessments across functions.
- Design and implement data-driven OD initiatives using surveys, pulse checks, and ROI measurements.
- Champion culture transformation efforts to enhance employee experience, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with HR and business partners to deploy learning strategies and organizational design solutions that scale.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Organization Development, Psychology, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Organizational Development, Change Management, or Talent Development in large-scale organizations.
- Proven track record leading enterprise-wide change initiatives, culture transformation, and leadership development programs.
- Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong analytics capability with experience using OD metrics, surveys, and HRIS systems to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
