Join NexaPulse Consulting as the Director of Organizational Development to lead enterprise wide strategies that unlock people potential and accelerate business performance. You will partner with executive leadership to design and implement scalable OD programs that strengthen leadership capability, culture and organizational effectiveness. This is a high impact cross functional role for a data driven collaborative change agent.
As a strategic thinker and facilitator you will mentor teams drive capability development and steward change initiatives from discovery through adoption. You will also lead measurement and ROI assessments to prove impact and continuously improve outcomes.
Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of the organization wide OD strategy aligned to business goals and culture
- Partner with executive leadership to diagnose organizational capability gaps and design interventions in leadership development performance management and change management
- Design and implement scalable learning programs coaching and succession planning to strengthen leadership bench strength
- Facilitate large scale change initiatives stakeholder engagement and communication plans to ensure adoption and sustainability
- Establish measurement frameworks dashboards and ROI analyses to quantify OD impact and inform continuous improvement
- Cultivate a feedback rich culture through employee surveys pulse checks and action planning
- Coach and develop HR and business leaders on OD principles and practices sponsorship of change and talent development
- Lead talent review processes and workforce planning to ensure readiness for key business initiatives
Qualification
- Masters degree in Organizational Development Organizational Psychology HR or related field MBA preferred
- Minimum of 8 years in organizational development talent management or related HR functions with progressive responsibility
- Proven success leading large scale change and leadership development initiatives in complex organizations
- Strong facilitation coaching and interpersonal skills with ability to influence at all levels
- Data driven with experience in HR analytics and measuring outcomes including ROI
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to translate strategy into action
- Experience with change management methodologies and tools Prosci ADKAR etc
