Responsibility
- Lead the design and execution of the OD strategy across the organization, including organizational design, leadership development, succession planning, and change management.
- Partner with senior leaders to diagnose organizational effectiveness, identify capability gaps, and prescribe evidence-based interventions.
- Develop and deliver leadership development programs, coaching, and high-potential pipelines to support growth and succession.
- Drive change management initiatives during restructures, mergers, or growth phases, ensuring adoption and minimal disruption.
- Implement metrics and analytics to measure OD impact, create dashboards, and communicate insights to executives.
- Facilitate executive sessions, team effectiveness workshops, and culture-alignment initiatives to improve collaboration and performance.
- Collaborate with HR, L&D, and Talent Analytics to align learning, performance, and succession strategies with business goals.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or relevant Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of organizational development, change management, or learning and development experience in large, matrix organizations.
- Proven track record delivering OD programs with measurable business impact (growth, productivity, engagement).
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills at C-suite and senior leadership levels.
- Expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, and culture change initiatives.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, HRIS/HR analytics, and dashboard creation.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and influencing abilities; ability to translate insights into action.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPLP, SPHR) are a plus.
