Join Summit Leadership Institute as our Director of Organizational Leadership, a premier executive role built to shape culture, governance, and performance across a fast-moving organization. You will partner with the CEO and senior leaders to design and execute a multi-year organizational strategy, elevate leadership capabilities, and drive measurable outcomes through people, processes, and data.

Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of organizational strategy, governance, and performance frameworks across multiple business units.
- Design and implement leadership development programs, succession planning, and high-potential pipelines to sustain long-term capability.
- Drive enterprise-wide change management initiatives with a data-driven approach to adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align culture, values, and operating models with strategic priorities.
- Oversee talent management, DEI efforts, and workforce planning to build a resilient and inclusive organization.
- Establish clear OKRs, KPIs, and governance structures; monitor progress and transparently communicate results to stakeholders.
- Coach senior leaders and facilitate executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder alignment across functions.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and accountability through structured programs, rituals, and governance fora.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Organizational Leadership, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in complex, matrixed organizations with measurable impact.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale culture, organizational design, and change initiatives.
- Strong strategic thinking, systems thinking, and analytical capabilities with data-driven decision making.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
- Experience with governance models, risk management, compliance, and ethical leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to coach executives and build leadership pipelines; commitment to inclusive leadership.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage ambiguity, and influence without formal authority.
