Verve Leadership Partners is seeking a results-driven Director of Organizational Leadership to guide senior leaders and drive cross-functional transformation across client organizations. This is a high-impact, people-first role that blends strategic design, coaching, and operational excellence.
In this role you will partner with executives to shape organizational strategy, design leadership development programs, and foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and high performance. The ideal candidate has a track record of leading large-scale organizational change, a data-driven mindset, and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibility
- Lead and implement organization-wide leadership development initiatives aligned with strategic goals.
- Design and optimize organizational structures, roles, and operating models to improve agility and outcomes.
- Partner with C-suite and senior executives to drive strategic planning, change management, and culture transformation.
- Develop coaching programs and succession planning to strengthen leadership capability across functions.
- Build measurement frameworks with KPIs to monitor progress and impact of leadership initiatives.
- Facilitate leadership retreats, offsites, and workshops to accelerate learning and collaboration.
- Champion inclusive leadership and psychological safety across teams and geographies.
- Oversee vendor relationships, budgets, and program governance for leadership initiatives.
Qualification
- Master’s degree in Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; PhD a plus.
- Minimum 8-12 years of progressive leadership, organizational development, or HR experience in complex organizations.
- Proven track record designing and delivering leadership development, coaching, and succession planning programs.
- Strong change management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent executive-level communication, presentation, and influencing abilities.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven program evaluation and metrics.
- Experience in diverse, multicultural environments with a commitment to inclusion and belonging.
- Proficiency with organizational design tools and learning platforms; familiarity with HR analytics is a plus.
