Qualification
- Advanced degree in business, organizational leadership, or related field.
- 8+ years in progressive leadership roles with proven track record driving organizational change.
- Strong strategic thinking, data-driven insights, and metrics development.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and coaching skills.
- Experience with change management, organizational design, and governance.
- Ability to influence at C-suite and board levels.
- Proficiency with performance management and talent development systems.
