We are seeking a Director of Organizational Leadership to catalyze strategy, culture, and execution across a complex, high-growth environment. This role partners with the C-suite to design—and lead—the leadership development, governance, and change-management programs that unlock human potential and measurable outcomes.
In this role you will guide cross-functional teams, champion data-driven decisions, and build scalable leadership pipelines to sustain long-term impact.
Responsibility
- Lead the design and execution of organizational strategy, change initiatives, and governance models.
- Drive large-scale transformation projects, including restructures, talent planning, and process improvements.
- Create and oversee leadership development programs, coaching, and succession planning across levels.
- Partner with senior executives to establish governance, decision rights, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Foster an inclusive, high-performing culture through DEI initiatives and targeted talent strategies.
- Develop data-informed dashboards and metrics to monitor organizational health and impact.
- Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and capability-building across functions.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Organizational Leadership, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in large organizations or consulting environments.
- Proven track record leading complex change initiatives and strategic programs.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills at the executive level.
- Demonstrated success coaching senior leaders and building robust leadership pipelines.
- Strong analytical, data-driven mindset with experience in governance and performance metrics.
- Experience advancing DEI goals and building inclusive cultures.
