Responsibility
- Develop and lead a comprehensive organizational leadership strategy aligned with the company mission and client needs.
- Design and implement leadership development programs, coaching, and succession planning for senior teams.
- Lead change management initiatives and facilitate large-scale organizational transformations.
- Partner with HR, operations, and learning teams to translate strategy into actionable programs and metrics.
- Coach executives and emerging leaders to enhance decision quality, collaboration, and accountability.
- Measure impact through KPIs, surveys, and performance data; adjust programs based on results.
- Represent the organization at conferences, client engagements, and thought leadership activities.
Qualification
- Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience in corporate or consulting environments.
- Proven experience designing and scaling leadership development and change management programs.
- Strong emotional intelligence, coaching, and facilitation skills with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into actionable initiatives and measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Travel up to 25% may be required; must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
