Join Apex Leadership Institute as a Director of Organizational Leadership to shape strategy, develop leaders, and drive cultural transformation across client organizations and our internal teams.
In this executive role, you will partner with C-suite leaders to design and implement scalable leadership development programs, change initiatives, and performance metrics that align with business strategy.
Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of organization-wide leadership strategy aligned to business goals and stakeholder needs.
- Design, implement, and scale leadership development programs, coaching, and succession planning across client and internal teams.
- Lead organization-wide change management initiatives, measuring impact through robust metrics and dashboards.
- Partner with C-suite executives and HR to translate strategy into actionable programs, budgets, and timelines.
- Foster a high-performance culture, inclusive leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Oversee assessment processes to identify leadership gaps, and tailor interventions to close them.
- Mentor senior leaders and build internal capability for sustainable growth.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Organizational Leadership, Business Administration, or a related field; doctorate preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience in corporate or consulting settings.
- Proven track record in strategy development, change management, and culture transformation at scale.
- Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience designing and delivering leadership development programs, coaching, and assessment tools.
- Ability to translate business strategy into actionable programs with measurable outcomes.
- Travel as needed; highly flexible and collaborative work style.
