Join Lumina Institute of Leadership as a Director of Organizational Leadership, where you will design and guide transformational leadership initiatives across the organization. This role reports to the Chief People Officer and partners with executive teams to cultivate a high-performance culture grounded in values, accountability, and learning.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive organizational leadership strategy aligned with the company’s mission and growth goals.
- Design and implement scalable leadership development programs, coaching frameworks, and succession plans.
- Partner with executive leadership to drive culture, values, and change initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Lead assessment and analytics on leadership effectiveness, engagement, and retention; present insights to the C-suite.
- Champion cross-functional collaboration and alignment of leadership priorities with business strategy.
- Build internal capability through select external partnerships and vendor management.
- Create governance for leadership learning, measurement, and continuous improvement.
Qualification
- Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in leadership development or organizational development, preferably in high-growth environments.
- Proven track record designing and scaling leadership programs that drive performance and culture.
- Strong experience with change management, stakeholder management, and organizational diagnostics.
- Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in HR analytics, metrics, and LMS tools.
- Ability to lead through ambiguity and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Project management and vendor management experience; demonstrated collaboration with cross-functional teams.
