Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive organizational leadership strategy aligned with the company’s mission and growth goals.
  • Design and implement scalable leadership development programs, coaching frameworks, and succession plans.
  • Partner with executive leadership to drive culture, values, and change initiatives with measurable outcomes.
  • Lead assessment and analytics on leadership effectiveness, engagement, and retention; present insights to the C-suite.
  • Champion cross-functional collaboration and alignment of leadership priorities with business strategy.
  • Build internal capability through select external partnerships and vendor management.
  • Create governance for leadership learning, measurement, and continuous improvement.

Qualification

  • Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; PhD preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in leadership development or organizational development, preferably in high-growth environments.
  • Proven track record designing and scaling leadership programs that drive performance and culture.
  • Strong experience with change management, stakeholder management, and organizational diagnostics.
  • Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in HR analytics, metrics, and LMS tools.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Project management and vendor management experience; demonstrated collaboration with cross-functional teams.
