InnovateX Global is seeking a visionary Director of Organizational Leadership to drive leadership development and organizational effectiveness across our global teams. This role partners with executive leadership to shape strategy, culture, and talent pipelines. The ideal candidate will blend strategic thinking with hands-on coaching to elevate performance at all levels.
In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of leadership development programs, oversee succession planning, and implement scalable processes that nurture a high‑performance culture across functions and regions.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive organizational leadership strategy aligned with business goals across the enterprise.
- Design and implement leadership development programs, coaching, and mentorship initiatives for emerging and senior leaders.
- Lead succession planning and talent reviews to ensure leadership continuity and bench strength.
- Partner with executives and HR to drive culture transformation, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Measure program impact using KPIs, dashboards, and qualitative feedback; continuously optimize initiatives.
- Collaborate across functions and regions to scale leadership capabilities in a global, matrixed environment.
- Coach senior leaders to improve strategic thinking, decision making, communication, and team performance.
- Foster an inclusive culture and diverse leadership pipeline that reflects our global workforce.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Organizational Leadership, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in leadership development, organizational design, or human capital leadership.
- Proven track record designing and delivering scalable leadership programs with measurable outcomes.
- Strong executive presence, outstanding communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
- Experience with change management, culture transformation, and stakeholder management at scale.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics and analytics to drive decisions.
- Ability to operate in a global, matrixed organization and partner with cross-functional teams.
