Join Aurora Consulting Group as the Director of Organizational Leadership, a high-impact role guiding strategy, culture, and capability development for a diverse portfolio of clients and internal initiatives. You will partner with executive teams to design scalable leadership programs, drive organizational change, and cultivate high-performance cultures.
In this role you will:
Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of organizational leadership strategies across client portfolios and internal initiatives.
- Partner with C-suite and senior leaders to align leadership development with business strategy and outcomes.
- Design, implement, and optimize change management, culture transformation, and talent development programs.
- Develop measurement frameworks and analytics to demonstrate leadership impact and ROI.
- Coach and mentor senior leaders; build internal coaching pipelines; facilitate executive sessions.
- Oversee program governance, budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Contribute to thought leadership, training curricula, and business development efforts to grow client impact.
Qualification
- Master's degree in organizational leadership, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience, with 3+ years in organizational development or HR transformation; consulting experience preferred.
- Proven track record leading large-scale change initiatives and leadership development programs.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills; ability to influence at the highest levels.
- Strong data-driven mindset with experience in KPIs, ROI, and measurement of program effectiveness.
- Coaching and facilitation expertise; certification in coaching (e.g., ICF) is a plus.
- Ability to design scalable programs for diverse, multi-site organizations and remote teams.
- U.S. work authorization and willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
