In this role you will:

Responsibility

  • Lead the development and execution of organizational leadership strategies across client portfolios and internal initiatives.
  • Partner with C-suite and senior leaders to align leadership development with business strategy and outcomes.
  • Design, implement, and optimize change management, culture transformation, and talent development programs.
  • Develop measurement frameworks and analytics to demonstrate leadership impact and ROI.

Qualification

  • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience, with 3+ years in organizational development or HR transformation; consulting experience preferred.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale change initiatives and leadership development programs.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills; ability to influence at the highest levels.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with experience in KPIs, ROI, and measurement of program effectiveness.
  • Coaching and facilitation expertise; certification in coaching (e.g., ICF) is a plus.
  • Ability to design scalable programs for diverse, multi-site organizations and remote teams.
