Responsibility
- Develop and execute the organization’s leadership development strategy, including programs that build capability across levels.
- Lead executive coaching, succession planning, and talent reviews to ensure leadership continuity.
- Design and optimize organizational structures, roles, and governance models to improve agility and accountability.
- Partner with HR, finance, and operations to implement data-driven performance metrics and dashboards.
- Foster a culture of learning, psychological safety, and inclusive leadership across teams.
- Lead change management initiatives for major transformations with measurable ROI.
- Coach, mentor, and grow high-performing leadership teams while managing budgets and vendor relationships.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field; MBA or related master’s preferred.
- 8+ years in leadership roles with a track record of growing organizations and leading complex initiatives.
- Proven expertise in organizational design, change management, and leadership development programs.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience using data-driven decision making and KPI measurement to drive performance.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
