As the Director of Organizational Leadership, you will collaborate with executives to translate strategic goals into learning experiences, coaching, and measurable outcomes. This is a high-impact, visible role for a strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves developing people and systems to win together.
Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of an enterprise-wide organizational leadership strategy across functions and regions.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate leadership development programs for executives, managers, and high-potential talent.
- Lead change management initiatives during transformations, M&As, restructures, and strategic pivots.
- Build and sustain a robust leadership pipeline, succession planning, and talent mobility programs.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to assess culture, engagement, DEI alignment, and organizational design needs.
- Establish and monitor analytics to measure program effectiveness, business impact, and ROI; report findings to the executive team.
- Manage and mentor a team of learning and development professionals; collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
Qualification
- Master’s degree in organizational development, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in organizational development, leadership development, or HR with leadership responsibilities.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale leadership programs and complex change initiatives.
- Strong strategic thinking, data-driven decision making, and ability to demonstrate business impact (ROI).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with organizational design, culture assessment, and DEI alignment.
- Ability to influence at executive levels and lead diverse teams.
