Join Apex Leadership Institute as the Director of Organizational Leadership, guiding strategy, culture, and performance across the organization. This is a senior, impact-driven role for a visionary leader who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and purpose.
You will partner with the CEO and executive team to shape the organization's leadership framework, design scalable development programs, and steward a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate excels at translating strategy into action, coaching executives, and driving measurable outcomes across multiple functions.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive organizational leadership strategy aligned with business goals and culture.
- Design and implement leadership development programs, coaching, and succession planning across all levels.
- Lead change management initiatives during growth, mergers, restructures, or strategic pivots, ensuring adoption and engagement.
- Partner with the C-suite to define performance metrics, accountability structures, and operating models for high impact.
- Advise executives on organizational design, talent optimization, and workforce planning to enable scalable growth.
- Build and support cross-functional teams, fostering inclusive culture, psychological safety, and collaboration.
- Monitor progress, analyze data, and report impact to the board; translate insights into actionable improvements.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years in organizational leadership, talent management, or HR with demonstrated strategic leadership.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale transformations with measurable business outcomes.
- Strong data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills at the C-suite level.
- Experience guiding remote or global teams; commitment to inclusive leadership and diverse talent.
- Certifications in coaching or change management (e.g., ICF, Prosci) preferred.
